Easy Pumpkin Bread with Maple Glaze

Ingredients
Pumpkin Bread

canola or vegetable oil

water

pumpkin puree
Maple Glaze
1

Icing sugar

Tbsp
softened butter

maple syrup

milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease two bread pans.
Mix the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and sugar in a bowl.
Add the eggs, oil, water, and pumpkin puree to the dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour batter in prepared pans.
Bake for 60 minutes or until you can poke a toothpick in it and it comes out dry.
While the pumpkin bread is cooking, mix up the glaze.
In a bowl mix together the icing sugar, butter, maple syrup, and milk until smooth. You can use a mixer but I found a fork or whisk works just fine.
When bread is completely cooled, drizzle glaze over it. (Don't do this while it's warm or it'll melt off.)
Notes
*If you don't have pumpkin spice, use 2.5 tsp of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp of ginger in place of it.
